Here is how you make Easy Lentil Stew:

Put lentils, onion, and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 25 minutes. Add soy sauce and carrots. Cook til carrots are tender, about 15 minutes. Whisk cornstarch and water well in a separate bowl, then add to stew. Cook a minute or so until thickened. Makes three large servings.
