Here is how you make Stir Fry Quick and Easy:

Press the tofu until little to no liquid comes out, and slide remaining vegetables into bite size pieces. Preheat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a wok or large saucepan. Meanwhile, slice the tofu into bite size cubes. Saute in the preheated sesame oil until lightly browned on all sides. Add the remaining ingredients and stir/toss until ingredients are fully combined and the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
