Here is how you make Easy Stirfry:

1. Cook brown rice as indicated on it's package. Set aside.2. Heat stir fry pan and olive oil on a medium temperature until oil runs easily. Add all vegatables.3. When vegatables start to appear slightly golden (it's easiest to watch the zucchini do this) add 1.5 cups of rice and soy sauce.4.
