Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.Place tater tots in casserole dish. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and salsa. Add half of the cheese (1/2 C), and the spinach. Mix together. Pour egg mixture into the casserole on top of the tater tots. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
