In a small bowl (or large cup), mix the egg, milk and olive oil with a fork. Cover the bowl/cup with a small plate and put in microwave at high temperature for 30 sec. (To avoid egg explosion, let there be a small side opening when you cover with the plate). Take out the bowl/cup (still not fully cooked), and add the cheese slices by cutting them into small pieces first. Put back in microwave (with the cover), and cook for 1-2 min at high temperature.
