Take each piece of bread a dredge each into the mixture for 5seconds, each side. Place them onto a griddle on med/med-high with the earth balance and olive oil mixture. Cook on each side until they are browned and crisp. Do the same to each batch until done. You can eat them in a serving of 2 or enjoy just one.
