.5 cup Spinach, fresh
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 TB water
3 serving Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp (5g)

Here is how you make Delicious Poached Egg with Kale on Toast:

Place bread in toaster at desired setting (I like mine fairly crsipy for this recipe). While bread is toasting, place a small nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add pat of butter, and let it begin melting. When it's mostly melted, add the kale and spinach. Cover and let cook for roughly 5 minutes, stirring once, or until spinach and kale are wilted. Crack one egg on top of the kale-spinach blend, add TB of water to the skillet, and cover. Cook until egg white is set, roughly 3-4 minutes. Remove bread from toaster and place on a small plate. Carefully set the skillet contents on top of the toast.
