Chop scallions and cilantro.Melt butter in skillet and add the mushrooms to it. let it cook uncovered until there is no water remained. add a pich of salt and pepper.beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper. You can use Mrs. Dash original blend and crushed red pepper if you want. Pour the egg over the mushrooms and put it on medium low. Add scallions and let it cook for 3 minutes and then cut it to 4 pieces and turn it. and let it cook for 30 seconds.
