Dice all of the filler ingredients together before hand for a quick meal ready in minutes. :)For each Serving:1. Saute 1/4C filler mixture with a little oil or Pam2. Beat a pinch of cayenne, paprika and black pepper powders and a dash of salt in with 1-2 eggs and 1/4-1/2 egg white eggbeaters (depending on size desired and fat content... we do 1 egg and 1/2 egg white liquid)3. Once vegetables are done sauteing add them to the egg mixture along with a small portion (if desired) of lower fat meat4. Pour mixture onto hot skillet and scramble until cooked.5.
