Put the egg whites in a mixing bowl, chop up onions and peppers, add cottage cheese and spices. Whisk in the bowl, and toss into a hot skillet! Make like normal scrambled eggs. The eggs will be a bit more moist due to the cottage cheese, you can cook them a bit longer so the moisture evaporates if you like.
