Combine collards with ricotta and 2 cups mozzarella. Blend the sauce mixture and pour half into the bottom of a 9X11 pan. Overlap 3 tortillas on the bottom of the pan. Spoon greens mixture over top, cover with the remaining tortillas, then cover with the other half of the sauce. Add the remaining mozzarella over top. Cook in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
