The ingredients for French toast sundaes are:

4 slices lite whole wheat bread trim off crusts (they used regular whole grain bread with crust trimmed)
1whole egg
1 egg white
1 tst ground cinnamon
1 oz light van soy milk (I use 8th contend and they call for skim milk)
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup Ricotta cheese (part skim they use 1/2 cup)
2 large strawberries sliced (they used 1/2 cup bluberries and blackberries)
2 tbls sugar free syrup (they used regular maple syrup)

Here is how you make French toast sundaes:

Preheat oven to 375. use muffin tin and spray 4 cups with cooking spray. Wisk together eggs, milk, honey and cinnamon then place bread slices in mixture be sure to coat both sices of bread then put them in muffin tin and bake at 375 for 12 min until crisp.meanwhile whip ricotta cheese until smooth.remove french toast cups from oven and divide cheese mixture into each cup top with strawberry slices and then drizzle syrup over top of sundaes and then enjoy.Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user GAGRANNY2003.
