100 g banana, sliced fresh, or frozen
1 cup fresh or frozen berries, your choice but I like blackberries, blueberries, cherries, or strawberries
1 tablespoon flax seed meal if you use frozen fruit.
1 tablespoon Trader Joes roasted flax seed with blueberries
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup Chobani or TJ Greek Yogurt
1 T honey to sweeten the yogurt
.5 ounce nuts (I use almonds or walnuts for this)
1/2 serving shredded wheat and bran

Here is how you make Bravelute's Fruit Bowl:

Microwave the frozen fruit to defrost and get juice. I figure 1 minute for each frozen fruit. Add the cinnamon.Mix the yogurt with honey or other sweetener and fold into the fruit mixture. Top with 1 T. flax seed meal, 1 T. TJ flax seed meal with blueberries, and 1/2 serving shredded wheat and bran or .5 ounce nuts like sliced almonds. Enjoy!!
