Here is how you make Ann's granola:

Put oatmeal, coconut, soy nuts, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and nuts into a large baking pan (3 inches deep), and stir well. Place into sauce pan: butter (cut into 1-oz slices), apple juice, honey, and brown sugar. Heat together over medium heat until butter has melted and ingredients are well mixed. Remove from heat and add cinnamon.Pour liquid evenly over dry ingredients and stir well.
