What Are The Ingredients For Granola Recipe?The ingredients for Granola are: 3 cups rolled oats125 ml maple syrup 3 tbsp honey 3 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp vanilla extract 100gm dried cranberries 100gm sliced, blanched almonds 50 gm desiccated coconut 100 gm raisins 50 gm sunflower seeds How Do I Make Granola?Here is how you make Granola: 1. Pre-heat the oven on a low heat(150 C)2. In a large bowl add the oats, sunflower seeds, almonds and desiccated coconut 3. In a separate bowl mix the maple syrup, honey, olive oil and vanilla extract together and add to the large bowl of oats and nuts(as at no 2). Mix well, taking care to coat oats mix evenly4. Add to a large shallow oven tray, spreading the mixture thinly and roast for 35 mins, add the dried fruit and then roast for another 15 mins. During the roasting period turn over the mix so that the granola mix is roasted evenly.5.
