How Do I Make Crunchy Granola?

Here is how you make Crunchy Granola:

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Combine sugar, molasses, honey and water in an 8 cup microwave proof glass measuring cup or bowl. Place in microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring twice. Add extracts and salt. In large mixing bowl combine oats, nuts, flax and syrup mixture. Stir thoroughly. Spread onto lined cookie sheets and bake 45 minutes, until golden and crunchy. Add in the dried fruit. When cooled completely, store in an airtight container. Makes 32 1/2 cup servings.
