1 cup Pumpkin seeds
1 cup, whole Almonds
1 cup, chopped Pecans
1 cup, chopped Walnuts
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
.25 cup Honey
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
.5 tsp Almond Extract (by CRANKYGIRL)
2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
2 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

.5 tsp Salt
.5 cup, sliced Almonds


How Do I Make Grain free granola?

Here is how you make Grain free granola:

1. Place pumpkin seeds, whole almonds, and walnuts in a bowl of water. Cover and let soak one hour. Drain and pat dry.2. Perheat oven to 300 F. Line a large roasting pan with parchment paper.3. In a microwave safe bowl mix coconut oil and honey and heat on high for 30 seconds until melted and warm. 4. Put the soaked and dried seeds and nuts in a blender. Add coconut oil/honey mix, vanilla, almond extract, flax seed, chia seed, cinnamon, raisins and salt and pulse until it is a coarse meal. I usually have to use a spatula to move the bits on the side into the middle part way through (usually 30-60 seconds). Mix in the sliced almonds.5. Spread the granola in the roasting pan. Bake for ten minutes, mix then bake 10 more minutes and mix. I usually like 10 more minutes to get the granola crunchy and golden.6. Cool and store in a glass jar in the fridge.Very nice on yogurt, with milk, or with cottage cheese and fruit. Serving Size:?24 .25 cup servings
