Heat OATS on ungreased sheet pan at 350o 10 minutes.Stir in COCONUT, toast 10-15 minutes. Stir in PUMPKIN SEEDS, toast 5 minutes, until seeds are crunchy.Add DATES-APRICOTS.Mix OIL through VANILLA. Pour over OAT mix, stir until well coated. Return to pan, bake 10 minutes, stir, bake 10-15 min, until evenly brown.
