In a largge bowl, mix all other ingredients, except the cranberries and cherries. Add the liquid mix to the oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated. Empty on a large cookie sheet that has been first covered by parchemin paper or silpat. Bake in preheated oven at 300F for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool competely on cookie sheet.
