This is just a little change on a PB&J. It's best with butter flavored Pam, but I used regular Vegetable oil Pam one day by accident and it works just fine. Spray outside of bottom piece of bread and place in a skillet or griddle heated over medium heat. Grill until golden. Spray top piece of bread and flip in pan. Grill other side until golden.
