I use raw veggies, cut up to bite size pieces, and wash.put in bowl, and Add seasonings mix well. Spray a sheet of foil with the Cooking spray, put veggies on foil. Spray more cooking spray on top of veggies. Cover with a second piece of foil if needed to make a packet. Put on grill until veggies are hot and cooked.
