Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl mix oats and almonds. In a small pot bring honey, sugar, and oil to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture and stir with a spoon until evenly coated. Spread onto cookie sheet and bake for fifteen minutes, stir, and bake for ten more minutes (instant oats will take less time to cook). Allow to cool and add raisins, store in airtight container.
