How Do I Make Tim's Hot Cereal?

Here is how you make Tim's Hot Cereal:

Bring water to boil and stir-in oats. Bring back to boils and reduce to simmer. Cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir-in wheat germ & flax. Simmer for 2 - 5 minuted until desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat - add maple syrup and honey. Makes 4 servings. I make it thick and pour it into a flat, square storage container. When cold, cut it into 4 sections for individual servings. Pop out a section, microwave it for about 2 min with a little soy milk.
