Here is how you make Huevos Cha Cha:

for salsa: roughly chop or in a food processor combine tomato, onion, pepper, lemon juice, cilantro, and hot sauce (to taste) salt, and pepperin nonstick pan, lightly spray with olive oilbrown tortilla on one side, flipon browned side of tortilla, sprinkle lightly with cheese and put egg on top of cheeseegg will cook as other side of tortilla browns.
