Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
Tahini, 2.5 tbsp
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 small
Hot Pepper Sauce, 2 tsp
liquid from bean can (about 1 tablespoons)


How Do I Make HUMMUS?

Here is how you make HUMMUS:

Process beans in food processor until desired consistency is achieved.Add other all other ingredients except liquid and process....Add liquid last. If u add it sooner I find that is will not get as smooth. ;PIn the future I will not use GOYA beans. I noticed there is a preservative in the ingredients.
