1 carton 2% cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups finely shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper

Here is how you make Rachel's Lasagna:

Preheat your oven 450F. Mix tomato sauce with defrosted links, water, and black pepper. Set aside. Beat eggs and stir into cottage cheese. Add shredded cheese, parsley, oregano, and garlic powder. Layer lasagna in a 9 x 13 glass casserole sprayed with olive oil. First a layer of tomato sauce, a layer of noodles, and a layer of cheese mixture. Make 3 layers. Cover with aluminum foil.
