Preheat oven to 3752. In a medium mixing bowl, mash together the tofu and spices until the tofu resembles a ricotta appearance. 3. Crumble up ground burger (with juices) and stir into the tofu mixture. Set aside.4. Evenly spread 8 oz of the tomato sauce in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Arrange three of the noodles on top of the sauce ensuring they don't overlap.5. Evenly spread 1/3 of the tofu/ground mixture over the noodles and cover with 8 oz pasta sauce. Top with 1/3 of the mozzarella. Place 3 noodles on top.6. Repeat last step but leave out the cheese.7. Evenly spread the last of the tofu/ground mixture over the noodles. Pour the last 8 oz of pasta sauce over the top. Break up remaining cheese over the top of the lasagna. 8. Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with a nonstick cooking spray and cover lasagna. Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes. 9.
