2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 medium courgettes (zuchinni)
2 cloves of garlic
1 red chilli
Zest of 1/2 a lemon

Here is how you make Chilli, Lemon and Courgette Tagliatelle:

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, and once boiling add the tagliatelle. Cook for 10 minutes (dried, or follow packet time for fresh) until tender.While the pasta is cooking, cut the courgettes in half lengthways and thinly slice. Heat the oil to a large frying pan, add the sliced courgettes in a single layer and cook for 5 minutes until golden, turning often. Finely chop the garlic and chilli and add to the courgettes, cooking for a further minute. Taste and season the courgettes before grating in the zest of half the lemon. Drain the pasta and toss with the courgettes and any oil from the pan.
