Here is how you make Simply Lentils:

Rinse lentils a few times. Then mix lentils, base & water in pot with lid. With lid tilted, gently simmer 20 - 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. They will be done when most of water is absorbed into lentils. (Be sure to keep an eye on them so lentils don't burn as liquid dissipates.) If you plan to spice or salt it, add spices at the end of cooking for maximum flavor. If adding fresh herbs, stir into pot right before serving.Serving Size:?Makes (4) 1/2 Cup servings
