Here is how you make Mexican Caviar:

Mix oil, vinegar and Stevia in a pot. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and cool.Mix all chopped and canned ingredients. Poor cooled mixture over top. Allow to marinate in the fridge overnight. Drain and store in air tight container or 13 small servings (mason jars).
