Here is how you make Frittata Egg Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in large measuring cup or bowl and mix well. Place muffin tin on a jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with a lip) and pour the egg misture into muffin tin until each is almost full. Place in center of oven and cook for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out relatively clean. Remove from oven and let rest a couple of minutes.
