Here is how you make Mediterranean Egg Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat 12 large eggs, in a food processor briefly combine olives, onions, and tomato. Add to egg mixture and whisk. Add the feta cheese into egg mixture and whisk. Grease a 12 count muffin tin and use a ladle to fill. Make sure not to put too much mixture in or the muffins will overflow tin. Put tin into oven for 22 minutes (approx.) keep an eye on it to make sure they are not over flowing.
