Mix all ingredients except seeds together and fill one muffin tray - I sprayed mine instead of using muffin cups, but either would work I assume.Sprinkle top of each muffin with pumpkin seeds.Bake at 425 for 20 min or until pick comes out clean.*Edit - these are DELICIOUS and more savory if you leave out the sugar which I did on the first batch (which also takes them down to 90 calories each) and spread with a Laughing Cow Cheese on top.
