Here is how you make Mushroom Wonton:

Slice mushrooms and carrots very thin. Grate ginger and garlic. Finely chop onions. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic, and onions. Stir constantly until fragrant. Add carrots. Stir fry two-three minutes, then add mushrooms and sauces. When thoroughly cooked, remove from wok and place in bowl. Let cool.
