Your favourite cheese (I use a bunch of crumbled goat cheese, I estimated it to be about 1oz)

How Do I Make Nut and Seed Patties?

Here is how you make Nut and Seed Patties:

Combine first 4 ingredients in a food processor, process until finely chopped.Transfer into bowl, add the remaining ingredients.You want to product to be moist enough to form patties. I find this varies with the freshness of the nuts and the kind of cheese I use, feel free to add more tahini/nut butter or lemon juice if it's not moist enough to stick together. At this point you can coat them in breadcrumbs if you wish.Either:Heat skillet/frying pan with a bit of oil on medium, or use a dry pan on medium. Cook patties on either side until slightly browned (approx 3-5mins each side).OR bake in oven for about 10mins on 350 degrees.Transfer onto a plate and serve with your favourite condiments (I like mustard).Makes about 4 medium sized patties.1 Serving = 1 patty Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user TABIRI.
