1/4-1/2 Cups Vegetable Broth (nutritional information assumes 1/2 cup)
1/2 Cup COOKED Oatmeal
Several Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Sage
1/4 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Black Pepper to taste
