2 scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (26g protein per scoop)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp honey
2 large egg whites
1/4 cup water (...if want thinner)

Here is how you make Oatmeal, Almondmeal and Protein Powder Pancakes:

Put 1 tbsp of lemon juice in 1 cup glass measuring cup. Add enough milk to measure a total of 1 cup liquid. Stir & let set for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine dry ingredients-almond meal, oatmeal, baking soda ,milled flax seed, protein powder & cinnamon. Then add milk mixture, vanilla extract, & honey. Whisk until blended. Let stand for 10 minutes.In another bowl beat egg whites till fluffy & peaks are stiff. Fold egg whites into batter mixture (mix in 1/4 cup water if want thinner pancakes). Heat griddle on med-high heat & spray with cooking spray. Pour out batter to make approx. 4" pancakes. Cook & serve.Serving Size:?makes 8 servings (2 pancakes)
