Bring 8 cups of water to boil in large stock pot. In a bowl, protein powder into 2 cups of water. Add protein powder mixture to boiling water. Stir in steel cut oats and all other ingredients, except pumpkin. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
