What Are The Ingredients For Swiss Style Oatmeal Recipe?The ingredients for Swiss Style Oatmeal are: 1 cup rolled oats (not instant kind)2 cups water 1/4 cup golden raisins 1 Gala apple (or other kind if you prefer) 3 tbsp. chopped walnuts (Trader Joe's baking pieces are just the right size) 6 oz. container yogurt (I like to use the Dannon fruit on the bottom or similar) How Do I Make Swiss Style Oatmeal?Here is how you make Swiss Style Oatmeal: The night before, bring 2 cups of water to the boil, add rolled oats and raisins. Bring back to a boil, turn off heat and cover saucepan with lid. The next morning all the water will be absorbed. Note: This recipe does not work with instant oatmeal.The next morning, grate the apple (unpeeled), using a large-holed grater placed flat on top of a large bowl.
