green bell peppers, 1 tbs chopped
onions, 1 tbs chopped
salsa (1 tbs)
little bit of butter (enough to coat pan)


How Do I Make Sarah's Omelet?

Here is how you make Sarah's Omelet:

Make sure you have a suitable omelet pan before you begin. The sides should smoothly flow from the side the bottom of the pan. Saute onions and bell pepper until tender, remove from pan. Add butter to coat pan. Even though the pan is hot and the metal expans, its good to coat the pan with butter to make sure the egg slides right off. Pour in egg and let cook until a little bit congeled on the sides. Pull back egg and let the liquid egg fall on the hat pan to cook. Continue process until entire omelet is no longer fluidly but will has that "wet look". I flip my omelets by pointing the pan down and shuffling the egg down a bit then bring the pan back towards me and up so the egg flips. Add the peppers and onions, fold one side of egg over.
