Here is how you make Kat's Healthy Pancake:

Soak oatmeal in the hot water while you stir the oil, mix and egg whites together. The hot water will soften the oatmeal and cool quickly. Stir oatmeal into the mix. Add more water if necessary and pour into a non-stick pan. Meanwhile, crush the berries in the yogurt--this topping will moisten the pancake nicely w/o the empty calories of syrup and not cooking the berries preserves their vitamin C.
