Blueberries, fresh How Do I Make Deliciouly Healthy Blueberry Pancakes?Here is how you make Deliciouly Healthy Blueberry Pancakes: In a mixing bowl add all of your dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix well together. Add your wet ingredients: eggs, milk, olive oil, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt. Mix all ingredients together until there are no lumps. Finally, stir in the blueberries.Warm a non-stick or cast iron skillet to medium low heat. If you need to use oil I recommend using Pam and reapply after every second or third pancake. Once the pan is warm use a medium sized ladle or a 1/3 cup and spoon out the batter. Watch the sides of the pancake. Once you see small air holes form on the sides use a spatula to flip the pancake. Use the spatula to gently flatten the pancake.
