Fold in the blueberries.In a larger bowl, beat the 2 egg whites, sugar, splenda and salt until fluffy.Take 1/3 of the egg whites and pour into the other mixture. Stir and then fold the rest of the egg whites in without letting the mixture deflate. Melt the first cake of Smart Balance in the pan and then pour half of the mixture into the pan. Cook on medium-low for 3-4 minutes per side. Repeat for the other half of the batter.
