I COPIED THIS RECIPE FROM THE FEB.2011 SHAPE MAGAZINE AND ADDED THE BAKING POWDER AND MEASUREMENTS FOR THE VANILLA ND CINNAMON. THE MAGAZINE STATES THAT IT MAKES SIX SERVINGS BUT I USUALLY HAVE TWO. I DROP THEM BY 1/4 CUP ONTO A HOT NONSTICK SKILLET AND COOK 2 MINUTES PER SIDE. SERVE WITH AGAVE NECTAR AND FRESH BERRIES. VERY FILLING AND TASTE GREAT.
