1 cup Fiber One cereal
1 1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tub non fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup flour (I used white)
1 tbsp Splenda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp oil (canola preferred)

Here is how you make Fiber One Pancakes:

Makes 15 pancakes (use 1/4 cup to measure out batter)Mix Fiber One, water. vanilla, egg white & yogurt. Let sit for 5 minutes. If desired, you can crush the cereal. I used a hand blender to break up the cereal to a smooth batter after it had moistened. Add the rest of the ingredients, except milk. Use the 1/2 cup of milk to thin out the batter to your preferred consistency.Cook over medium heat. I use a silicone brush dipped in oil to prevent sticking. Use 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
