3 tsp. baking powder
2 Tblsp. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 & 1/4 cup milk (I used 2% but any kind would work)
2 Tblsp. canola oil (could also use melted butter)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Here is how you make Beth's Whole Grain Pancakes:

Mix dry ingredients first, then add wet ingredients and mix.Cook on a hot griddle or pan (you will want to use a bit of non stick spray). Flip pancakes when top bubbles and the edges start to brown just a little.When I make my pancakes I use a bit less than 1/3 cup batter per pancake and I got 9 pancakes from the recipe.I have also frozen leftover pancakes and reheated then in the toaster and they are great.
