Here is how you make Whole Grain Pancakes:

First get your ground flax sitting in the 1/3 cup water. Set aside.Combine milk and lemon juice. Set aside.Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine all the wet ingredients, including the flax/water mixture and milk/lemon juice. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined, there will be lumps.Heat a griddle to about 325 degrees, spray with cooking spray if needed. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook until large bubbles begin to appear, about 2 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown on the second side, about 1 1/2 minutes.
