Here is how you make Rockin Rainbow Pasta:

In a large skillet heat oil on medium heat. Add garlic and soy crumbles, cook about 3 minutes. Increase heat to medium high and add beans and peppers. Cook 5 minutes.Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions and drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Add pepper and bean mixture, pepperoncinis, parsley and lemon juice to pasta pot. Mix well.
