Here is how you make Spanko-pasta:

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add salt and pasta and cook according to package directions. When tender, drain and set aside.In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add flour and stir until combined. Slowly add chicken broth and milk. Stir until thickened. Add spinach, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, lemon juice, dash of salt, dash of nutmeg, and a dash of cayenne pepper. Heat through. Add pasta and mix until well combined.
