Here is how you make Pasta Margherita:

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.Cook pasta according to package directions. Remove from heat, drain and pour into a large bowl.Heat a large skillet on medium high heat. Pour in the olive oil and after about a minute, add the minced garlic. Sautee for 2 minutes and add the tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.Pour into the large bowl with the pasta. Add the salt, pepper, mozzarella and 1/2 of the parmesan cheese. Stir well and transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the remaining parmesan cheese.Bake for 25 minutes.
